My quickbooks pro 2007 won't do the back-up at all
Hello, i have a problem regarding the saving/back-up of my quickbooks. i check back-up then save, then it starts being jumpy and disappear all of a sudden. nothing saved at all as it tells you after that the data back-up successfully. there were no signs of saving the data. i felt scared everytime i try to save it. its jumpy and the Vendor's Quick Report and List of Vendors flashing reapetedly after another. i don't know what's going on. i already tried to save in flash drive and cd and nothings happen. if anybody who can help, i would appreciate it, thank you.

If you have the original cd you may need it to restore some defective, altered or missing files. You can begin by going into Control Panel, Add/Remove (assuming XP) and Selecting Quickbooks. If you see an option to repair the program, select it and proceed.
Alternative option is to reinstall the CD and launch the setup. It will ask you is you want to repair the installation. Agree to this choice and proceed.
Once the repair is complete, restart the program and see if the problem is rectified. Good luck.
