My quickie aspire wont turn on
Its been charging for hours and now it wont turn on at all the light flashes that it is charging it also sat for a while like 3 months without being used now nothing when i push the button on the controller nothing

3 months is too long for gel batteries to sit off-charge, without being fully charged first, then disconnected before storage.
Your charger is trying to charge, but the batteries aren't cooperating. This chair accepts either the Group 22 or Group 24 gel-sealed batteries. 22 are about 50 amphour, and 24 are about 74 amphour, and will give you greater range. Cost for a set of two of either is going to be about $350 and $450 respectively. Ouch!
