My reddy heater 125t starts fine but only runs for a couple of minutes and then shuts itself off and the red lights that says flames begins blinking. but we open the garage door about a foot and it works perfect.What is wrong with it?

Read your manual....it will explain why and what happens when not done.Your machine ( which I have ) requires a 11" opening of fresh air in a garage. I use a fan sideways behind the machine and that seems to work without having to open the door, also helps circulate the heat at the ceiling.
