Good day, If the noise is coming from the bottom rear, then it would be a problem with the compressor. Remove the back cover, and listen while someone turns the machine off. You should be able to verify it's the compressor. If that's the item, it means a centering spring internal to the compressor has failed. There is no solution to that problem, except replacing the compressor. If the machine is under 5 years old, that problem is under factory warranty, and would be free to you. If not you have a pricey problem.
If the cooling is still normal, then be aware that the compressor may run a long time in that condition. P.S. Replace the back cover when done. It's important for proper ducting of the air over the condenser.
