Some machines take a few minutes to start turning if the interior temp is too cold. Some always have a delay on whole wheat cycles. If it doesn't start kneading after 1/2 an hour then there is a problem. Let me know if it doesn't start kneading after about 1/2 hour.
OK,,,that means you need to see if your belt has snapped or come off. Are you comfortable doing that?
