It first started with losing the sound. After calling Toshiba and trying to walk through sound settings, the Toshiba Tech advised me to shut it off. When I did I was unable to power it back on. There is a flashing yellow light on the lower front panel that indicates a reset mode. Owners manual says to hold power button for 5 or more seconds. Still will not power on after the reset.
