Hi cindylouwho4, That is weird! I looked at my copy of the TR888 manual and it is identical to a Toastmaster that I have and they are the same machine and you are right. It is one of the units that has neither the clips nor does it twist left or right to come out. I actually have 2 of the models you describe and is definitely one of the models where the pan just slides straight in. I pulled my pan out and looked at the bottom to see how it fits in. Basically ther are 3 inverted V's that fit down into slots that are the same shape. Sometimes people fill the pan with ingredients while the pan is in the machine which is a bad idea because if you spill oil or flour you are making a pretty effective cement especially after it bakes in! Here is what you might want to do. Ask one of the strong guys who helped you and ask him to carefully remove the little wire handle on the pan by pushing it of the little hole in pan that the handle fits in. When he pushes one side out the other side will slip out easily. Find 2 or 3 empty jugs of what milk or water or detergent etc. and fill them with water and screw the tops down so they are sealed. If you use 2 gallons you will have about 16 pounds of weight. Ask one of the guys to find a piece of nylon string or some kind of strong wire etc. that will fit through the holes where the little handle was. It need so to be about 3 feet long because you want then tie all that to the 2 or 3 gallon handles on the jugs. If you can remove the lid on the machine that would be best. Tell the strong guy to then turn the whole machine uspide down and lift the jugs about 1 foot off the ground and then tell him to kind of "pop" the jugs up and down by lifting them and then lowering them rapidly up and down. Your bucket will probably pop right out so try to do this in your yard or on a cushion etc. so when the bucket comes flying off it won't get dented.
