Do you "kick shift" a lot? (shift at high rpm without the clutch) or did the gear box run low on oil at any point that you know of? If so the syncros in the gear box may be worn. Probably not a do it yourself fix, unless you are familiar with this. Good luck. Please rate, thanks.
