My Roomba 530 does not speak when I hold down the dock button. The manual says it will talk me through a demo if I hold down the dock button but it does not speak at all, ever. Any ideas what I can do? Is it faulty? I bought it 3 days ago

If it were human, i'd say its bashful, but in this case you may need a new rom pack. Call the service dept and describe this problem in detail.
