My roomba 560 approaches the dock and attempts to dock. However, it never seems to align correctly and backs out. This is a continuous process. It simply will not dock at all. Any suggestions?

Check the connector on your ROOMBA, there is a switch that open the ground when you connect the charger direct to the ROOMBA and a lot of times it get stock and remain open. Using a small screwdriver press the metal plates to force to close.

No suggestions, but my Roomba 530 is doing the same thing.
