My samsung 214t becomes very blurry after startup and flickers hard than falls out.after a while (first it was after 10 minutes and then it started to take longer than a half an hour the screen became perfect again )when turning on and off the monitor and it stayed perfect during working with the pc. as soon as I turned off the pc for an hour and tried to started up again I got the same problem every time and

The flickering is caused by a power supply board that can't stabilize the output voltages. This type problem is caused by failing capacitors. If you can solder then you should be able to do the repair yourself.
