My Samsung Alias 2 will not "boot". It did not sustain a drop or get wet. It gets power but does not "turnover" to connect. I just get to the home screen, then it goes blank and attempts to reboot again and again. I cannot make calls and when I call the cell phone, the call goes right to voice mail
