My samsung chromebook xe303c12 power led blinking when refresh button is pressed and my chromebook won't turn on. when i press refresh and power button it will on. but once i removed my finger in the power button the chromebook will close. how do i fix it?

Step one on all lap/note books, remove the huge now bad shorted battery and PC runs on AC power pack just fine.
#1 all time failure is that big battery, is bad. short lived all. so...
remove it.
