My samsung lcd tv when i turn it on has a light black blurr down the center and a solid black bar about an inch wide on the right hand part of the screen, from top to bottom, but the weird thing is 10mins after i turn the tv on it dissappears most of the time it stays away, but sometimes comes back

it is the micron tube in the panel has already worn out. got to replace the panel to resolved this issue
