My samsung np-n150 notebook will not boot up past the microsoft corp loading screen in either safe mode or normal mode. how do i fix it?
My samsung notebook is black and new,with energy star logo,intel atom inside,dlna certified and windows 7

can you get to the start up menu by pressing f8 before you get to load screen?
do you get any error messages?
Thanks very much for the respond,I usually don't get any error messages and yes it gets to the place I can press f8 after that it doesn't go again it will just stop at the Microsoft cooperation loading and it will just hang there. Have try changing the hard drive still won't come up,have try f8 still the same have also tried safe mode still will hang at the Microsoft cooperation
