There are really some networks that can't send picture messages to other networks except calls and text messages, not in only in your place it is happening, likewise on my place where i am in at present.for whatever reason, they are having different servers and frequency signals, however, you would want to check these steps. try to check you settings for receiving txt and mms messages. for mms, 1. select messages 2. scroll down and select settings 3. select multimedia messages 4. select receiving options 5. select foreign network 6. configure it to auto download 7. uncheck reject advertisement 8. select save and exit settings. for text messages, 1. select messages 2. select settings 3. select sending options 4, select circuit switch 5. select reply path 6. select save and exit settings and check. regards...
