Take back cover off and pull battery out for awhile about an hour then put back in, leave off but put on charger,let charge until is full , also check to see if wall charger unit is faulty by plugging it in to another outlet. if either fails take it back to where you got it from and get a new one
Just an idea, hold down the start button and see if that does it if not best take it to a repair shop because you likely don't have the experience to open the unit itself to check the battery.
