My scansnap s1500 jams paper on nearly every scan. If there is ever a crease or anything but copy paper, it will stop after it loads paper and alert me that it has jammed. Very frustrated. Any solutions out there?

I used to have one like that and my problem ended up being the wheels that pull the paper along and a friend slightly oiled them with a cotton bud but only on the sides not the tread of the wheel, hope this helps
