My Scooba floor cleaner "check tank" light stays on even after it's refilled and everything cleaned but still will not work. It just keeps beeping at me when I try to start it. How do I reset it or get the light to turn off so I can wash my floors?

Flush out the solution valve with water (aka "prime the pump"). Use water, not just air, because water will clear any obstructions that may be in the lines. Also, rinse your tank through the four ports on the *underside*-- one round, two oval, one large and curved, all four in a row. Rinse them really thoroughly with warm water, then refill the tank and try the Scooba again. If it doesn't work, call us: 1-877-855-8593.
