My screen has gone completely blue on the lower cable channels. Picture okay on high-def channels. What's wrong? Cable people say it's my TV and not cable. MJ

That is very strange indeed, I would think that is a problem with the cable.. if your TV can display HD signal then there is no reason it shouldn't be able to display regular channels. Do you have a cable box in the mix or is your cable plugged directly into your TV?
