My screen on my trio t2810C is frozen. how do i un freeze the screen
My MP3 trio just frozed out of nowhere while i was looking at my pictures and it wont shut off or it wont connect to the computer when i plug it in. Does anyone know how to reset or fix it without erasing the stuff in there??because i barely download all my stuff in there and dont have any of my stuff saved and the only place there saved in is my MP3 so if anyone know how to do it please tell me!!!THANKS!

Look at the very top of the device. There is a little silver button. Take a pin or some sharp small object and depress this button. Once the screen goes black, let up on the button and boot (turn on) the unit. Other than a few lost settings it should be functioning normally. If not...you get what you pay for.... =)

ireset the mp 4 player and reloaded and Trio emblem pop up and now its not doing anything. What next?
