If just the ribbon connector inside is loose, you can take it apart and reconnect it. If the LCD screen is broken, it will have to be replaced. Take it into your service provider and see if they can fix it, or swap it out for a good one. If the lcd is broken, sometimes you can get replacement screens from an "as-is" camera on ebay.
