Report "My Sears 102 1499A GDO suddenly quit working with any remotes and the learn light flashes on and off. The hard wired open and close button on the wall is the only thing that will work. Although I did get a remote control program to work but it only works if I am standing right under it. If I move out to allow the door to close it is too far away to activate the signal. Do you think I need a service tech or is there a simple fix?"
