My Shuttle K45 recently stopped working (fan runs,no power light)
My Shuttle K45 recently stopped working (fan runs, no power or drive light, no video). I tried replacing the power supply & the CPU (socket 775 Intel Celeron), but so far nothing has changed. I had read in a post elsewhere where someone had this problem & installed a PCI video card which resolved the problem- tried that, still no luck. At this point I am suspecting that I will have to replace the entire motherboard, but it is hard to find a site online that sells replacement motherboards. I hadn't tried Shuttle directly as I didn't see where they sold these in prior visits there. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated-

There may just be a short in your board of a device connected to your board as u said the previous problem was solved by video card as it was because the video card was faulty which was giving the problem!!
so before going in for a new board try to check each and every part separately u might find the faulty part or then it may be the boards problem!!
because if without checking all the devices if u get a new board and then u find the problem still and because of just some device then it will be a waste!!!
