My side by side G E Sub-Zero is not getting or staying cold on the refigerator side, the freezer is working, what could be the problem?

Refrigerators - Sub-Zero - 632 / S

Check to make sure the damper door between the freezer and refrigerator is operating and not iced up so it can open fully to let cold air in from the freezer compartment
