My Skullcandy xbox headphones mic won't work. If I have it plugged into the controller the mic works and I can't hear people chatting. If I unplug it from the controller I can hear people chatting but the mic doesn't work. I can always hear the game play. How can I fix this?

If you cant hear other people chat then go to Preferences -> Voice -> play through Headphones and Speakers / Play Through Speakers (either of them should work) I Dont Know If Dis will make ur mic work... but u will most probably be able to listen to others while chatting :D
