My skype has become unavailable, why? address is cassimodo2
Our skype worked perfectly in Portugal, we have brought our computer over to the UK and are now unable to get skype, unfortunatly we have also forgotten our password.

Reload the app. It's been having issues like that ever since Microsoft got involved. Once that's done and it's installed you can send a "forgot password" request from the log on screen and it will send something to the email you rgistered the accoun t with.
