My speaker had accidentally plug-in to 230V since my speaker is 120V (because i'm based in the Philippines) then it short. it wont power up again. i dont know what to do

Yes, you would have burned out something inside. Either open up and find the issue, or replace the system. 120 volts can kill you easily, so if you are not really good at electrics, replace the system and live.
