My split type inverter aircon,when you turn on, sometimes the compressor will start to turn on after few minutes, sometimes it doesnt .the technician already check and clean the unit.nothing happened

A missing ground or wrong polarity, over voltage, under voltage, may not be liked by processor and sensors.
