Report "My sport band records the run, but when i plug in the software recognises it, 'uploads' it then states no new runs to upload. I have no idea where the data is going as it is not being registering on my account. Also, possibly related, the connect software does not recognise my login at all, continually says login, even when i have clicked on it and successfully logged on"
