What make and model are you using? There is a program switch for two or three different programs too (A, B & C). Make sure your slider switch is set to program 'A' for the programs you set is for program 'A'

Do all the heads do this? Are you on city water or irrigation? You may have clogging in the little filters at the heads causing pressure and flow loss. Each head has a small screen type filter that catches debris. If you have a ditch pump, this could be your problem. Let me know and we'll figure something out.Do all the heads do this?
