My Stentura 400 srt won't connect to my Case Catalyst software anymore. My daughter tripped over the power cord while plugged in, but she tripped very lightly and no cords even came out. It just lost connection and now won't connect at all. It keeps saying "looking for writer", but never finds it. What happened?
