My sub-zero 700TC unit service light keeps flashing. The temperature fluctuates between 38 and 44 degrees. I clean the condensor regularly, but the problem has continued for a couple of months. When I shut the unit off, and then turn it on, the service light stays off for 10 minutes, and then starts flashing again. Please help
