Hi, This seems that you need a bigger sub. Turn the gain down on the sub. Check if you are bottoming it out. Next get a SPL meter and calibrate the level to equal to or a couple db louder than your mains. Now get a bigger better sub, then repeat the same as above. There should be a knob on the back of the sub that may be turned too high. Try adjusting sub volume to about 50%. Not sure but hope this helps.
