My supernova tablet is not working it wont hold a charge,tried charging through my laptop and its not charging its less than 3 months old and the store wont take it back!!!!!!

It must have got wet, or when you first had it did you let it die all the way without charging?
I work in tech support, it has never got wet,it was working fine yesterday and today it wont even charge,,I have wasted my money on a piece of plastic,no ports are working at all!!!!
