Google "Capacitor bulge" and then search Youtube for your make and model to see if anyone has done an instructional video. You'll need to be comfortable dismantling the TV and be able to use a soldering iron. If this isn't you then take it to a repair shop.

My tv work last night.now the red light on when I power it on the green light come on then trun off and goes back red
Most likely it's a capacitor fault.
