My Sym Mask 50, Reg 2005 won't start. It has been stalling a bit lately and has recently been taking two tries to start up, but now it wont at all, both electric + kick start are failing. The battery has been fully charged over night. Any ideas? could it be spark plug? thanks

Drain and clean the carb. A new plug is always a good thing. Check for spark. Check kill switch on side stand and handlebars if no spark.
