My system restarts when I insert a pen drive. Rest all USB devices run properly.I have tried inserting the pen drive on multiple USB ports but my pc restarts immedately. I have even tried in safe mode. The are no malware 100% sure, checked by all means by updated softwares. I have tried all utilities too. I have disabled autorun

The last time I had this problem, it was a bad USB driver / chipset Driver. If you cannot find the right driver for your computer, then you will need to do a restore, so if you can give us the model number of your computer maybe we can help you find the right driver(s).
FYI, if you disable your USB devices, or remove them completely(logically, not physically). This will stop the resetting, but obviously, you will not be able to use your USB ports anymore.
