If you have the XP pro disk. You may want to put it in your Cdromand restart your PC. When it asks you "boot from CD" press enter. On the setup menu chose repair. It may fix your XP problems. Second solution could be upgrading your service pack.
You have a driver issue.I would suggest formatting and reinstalling xp,or use live chat to walk you through finding and removing bad driver.
