It bought it back in Feb this year and it worked fine up until now. It just randomly stopped and wont worked. I tried all USB on my laptop and on my desktop to make sure it wasn't the USB on any computer, so it's defiantly the product. There's no way to open and nothing I can see to figure out what's going on. Just a USB cord attached into the mat that's not removable in any way.
