My Targus cooling pad just randomly stopped working. I got it last month for Christmas so there is no reason for this. It's model number is: AWE57US. I have tried using different USB ports to plug it in. I have also tried using a different USB cord altogether. If I have the reciept would I be able to get a replacement without having the box? Alternatively if there is a way to fix it, that would be better

Unfortunately I believe typically you cannot return items without the box at least, but one thing I'd suggest is if you can take it apart or find a video on it, and spin the fan since sometimes the barring could be stuck, other than that just to be sure, you should probably buy a new one.
