Bypassing the immobilizer is a Bad idea! They are designed so you can't bypass them without stripping out the whole electrical system in the vehicle. It is wired into a lot of systems in the electronics and trying to get around them could cause a lot of extra 'Very Expensive' problems. Your best option is to take all your vehicle details to a Automotive key specialist or a Tata dealer to get a replacement. This might cost a lot of money but it will be cheaper and easier than trying to bypass the immobilizer system.
