My tenant reports that the dryer is ruining some clothing by being too hot. Is this a problem with the machine. Can it be adjusted. Is it a known fault? Is it a service problem? Thanks

Seems to indicate a cycling thermostat issue perhaps? check it with a multi meter but it should be checked at certian tempetures
may also have a short in the heating element can also check it with a multi meter
