Some models don't have adjustable tie rods if yours doesn't it's probably bent you can take it off and bend it straight. Ish. It will work ok for a while but best to replace tie rod
They are adjustable. take it off at the tire that's off and turn the lock nut in or out to get proper alignment. it just rotates in or out put it back on and check to see if it is better or worse. adjust till it is good. make sure your steering wheel is centered. when it is good tighten all nuts good as they can come loose.
