My Toto Toilet Flapper no longer works, one of the plastic bars that hold the flapper has broken so the flapper does not seat correctly. What to you recommend to fix this problem

Many local Hard Ware stores such as Home Depot or Lowes stock replacement parts that may be compatible. Turn off the water, drain the take and remove the piece and bring it to the hardware store to find a replacement part.
Failing that get the OEM part through a TOTO dealer ordered in.
