Make sure your PDA is turned on. Click on 'Start' Go to Settings. Click on the 'System' tab. Scroll down and click on the 'Screen' application. Then click on the 'Align Screen' button. The Align Screen page will appear along with crosshairs. Click on the center of the crosshairs. You will have to do this 5 times. Once that is done, your screen should be calibrated and realigned.
Hello,i will advice you to put the phone off for some seconds and put it on back to see if the problem persist.,it is due to the defect of the outer screenyou will have to fix it up,after that is done you will be able to access your four years info. please kindly alert me if any other suggestion is required.
hello,If the screen has frozen up and is no longer responding to commands, press the reset button found on the back of the device, this will automatically reset the pda touchscreen. If a hard reset doesn't restore the touchscreen to a working state, I'd guess you have a hardware defect.or you probably change the outer screen that is making it to get frozen. And since if it is a brand new pda,i will advice you take it back to the shop and get a replacement.
wish you good luck,
take care.
