My town car when cold runs rough idel at times, seems like not getting fuel or to much air. picks up when put out of gear. have put cde reader on it comes u with no codes but if scan through comes up cat not ready, plu codes 025,HO25. never had a problem till engine taken out to repair manifold bolts. Seems to be ok when at normal temp but as done it at times even then check engine light comes on most of the time. Being in the uk seems they dont know what to do with it any help would be most gratefull doing my head in!!!

What do you mean by repairing manifold?
was it an intake manifolld or exhaust manifold?
either one of them if there is a leak then it would trigger the oxygen sensor, but what is exactly the number of the code? it should start with a po.... some thing.
sound like when engine cold there is a leak then when it hot things got expanded and run better?
Go to autozone, buy the Cooling Thermostat Sender, it is right next to the thermostat housing, it has 2 prongs, it uses an ohm signal along with the air sensor to mix the fuel, the ohm readings are wrong, this will cause the car to shake at idle and not shake when warmed up, you can even take the sender off when hot, and it will run just fine, but it wont start when cold, it costs 18$ Go put it in
