After not bring used for a time the gas gets old and develops what is called shalac making it Sluggish and hard to pump..try puting new gas in and use starter fluid to start..then run for a while alowing the new gas to clean the carb...then stop and try the bulbagain.good luck.

My troy-bilt blower # TB320BV will not start after primimg it 10 times. Gas not going to primer bubble
