My truma ultrastore water heater in my campervan works on elect but not on gas ,the red fail light is not showing,,i cant hear the heater trying to start up,done all the obvious checks George
Gas checked ,cooker works,room heater works red fail light is off,green working light showing, tried everthing I can think of .plenty of water in heater.

Check thermocouple and gas valve at heater if thermocouple went bad will not allow gas valve to open
