My tv is a westinghouse model 26h730s and it has a buzzing sound when its off and when its on it has a annoying sound like when you go and get your ears tested but it is constint it is low and when you are watching something you can't hear it but when there volume is off or turned down you can hear it

Hello, normally this buzzing sound comes from the power supply, before you go out and replace the power supply for this noise try to lower the backlight, this might make a difference in the noise but also be very aware that your TV might be a little darker than before.
My remote does not work all the time
